We may moderate or remove content, restrict automated activity, block access, or take other reasonable action when we believe these Terms, website security, legal obligations, or the rights of users and third parties are at risk.
4. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use
Unless otherwise stated, VHTC website design, branding, original articles, graphics, diagrams, compilations, and other original materials are owned by VHTC or used with permission from their respective owners. Contributor content remains subject to the rights and agreements applicable to that contribution. Third-party names, marks, images, questions, files, and materials belong to their respective owners.
VHTC gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the website and use available content for personal, non-commercial learning and reference, subject to these Terms and any notice shown with the material.

Private messages sent through a contact form or email are not treated as public submissions merely because you contacted us. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VHTC and its owners, editors, authors, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from or connected with your access to, reliance on, inability to use, or misuse of the website, content, tools, downloads, advertisements, links, or third-party services.
